T48 programmer, Adapter and blank HUCARD Kit

This bundle includes a XGECU T48 programmer along with one of our in house developed T48 HUCARD programmer adapters and a Blank HUCARD. With this kit, you can program / flash any game from the PC Engine or Turbografx library with the exception of Street Fighter II or Populous.
